Terms & Conditions (Step 2 of 4)

  • This agreement is subject to all terms and conditions of lease.
  • Estimated occupancy date: JUNE 15 2019 (Subject to change)
  • The lease and must be signed and returned to the office with the security deposit within 5 days from the day of approval notification. Please schedule a time to review and sign the lease with our staff.
  • Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
  • Background Checks are $40.00 / adult (This is non-refundable, please check our rental requisites before making a deposit) If any applicant does not meet the criteria, the deposit will be refunded minus the Background Check fees.
  • Applicant understands that once the lease is signed, they are responsible for the rent starting upon  the stated occupancy day whether specified apartment is occupied or not.
  • If the apartment is unavailable on the stated occupancy date, applicants have the option to extend time of possession or terminate Lease Agreement for a full refund.
