Terms & Conditions (Step 2 of 4)

  • This agreement is subject to all terms and conditions of lease.
  • Estimated occupancy date: April 2019 (Subject to change)
  • The lease and must be signed and returned to the office with the remaining security deposit by February 1st 2018. Please schedule a time to go over and sign the lease with our staff.
  • Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
  • Prior to July 31st 2018, the security deposit is fully refundable. ALL applicants must complete an application and be approved by management before the reservation is official. Westview Park Community will notify applicants within 3-10 business days whether or applicants have been accepted.
  • Background Checks are $40.00 / adult (This is non-refundable, please check our rental requisites before making a deposit) If any applicant does not meet the criteria, the deposit will be refunded minus the Background Check fees.
  • Applicant understands that once the lease is signed, they are responsible for the rent starting upon  the stated occupancy day whether specified apartment is occupied or not.
  • If the apartment is unavailable on the stated occupancy date, applicants have the option to extend time of possession or terminate Pre-Lease Agreement for a full refund.
  • If Applicant is denied, the holding deposit will be returned to applicants within seven business days less a $12.00 administrative fee.
