Terms & Conditions (Step 2 of 4)

  • This agreement is subject to all terms and conditions of lease.
  • Estimated occupancy date: JUNE 2019 (Subject to change)
  • The lease and must be signed and returned to the office with the remaining security deposit by April 1st 2019. Please schedule a time to go over and sign the lease with our staff.
  • Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
  • Background Checks are $40.00 / adult (This is non-refundable, please check our rental requisites before making a deposit) If any applicant does not meet the criteria, the deposit will be refunded minus the Background Check fees.
  • Applicant understands that once the lease is signed, they are responsible for the rent starting upon  the stated occupancy day whether specified apartment is occupied or not.
  • If the apartment is unavailable on the stated occupancy date, applicants have the option to extend time of possession or terminate Lease Agreement for a full refund.
  • If Applicant is denied, the holding deposit will be returned to applicants within seven business days less a $12.00 administrative fee.
